Ones of my reading today was about young people cant understand what they reading, it could be for time screening ( TV, Cellphones , Video games ). i don't know how can i do more lecture time , but giving my two cents, in the schools where i live has a big library but my daughter say he has just one hour a week to spend in library.
One note than i read in El Financiero about a Lider must know it self before lead another ones, than a could think about some of my bosses, some of them cant control his fellings and first thinkings and another cant. i dont know witch leaderships its better than another, but the people around them work better with ones than other.
but this idea could translate to family.
Pinpoint note:
Since today i fear about what could do bad people with AI models
the target of these post is to gain capacity to explain ideas in English, and see if i can get more words, not all i read day by day i going to write about just what i consider interesting for me, fisrt part will be how i write and the second part will be edited by AI than i hope help to articulate better. i hope in time see remarkable differences.
Corrections:
I read an article today about how young people are losing their reading comprehension skills, likely due to endless screen time across phones, TVs, and video games. I've been trying to figure out how to encourage more reading at home, especially since the school system isn't doing enough. Our local schools have massive libraries, yet my daughter tells me they only get one hour a week to actually use them.
Separately, a piece in El Financiero caught my eye. It argued that true leaders have to understand themselves before they can lead anyone else. It made me think about my own managers over the years. Some know how to regulate their emotions and filter their initial reactions, while others completely lack that self-control. It’s obvious that teams work much better under someone who is self-aware—and honestly, that exact same principle applies to raising a family.
Quick Note:
Recently, I’ve become genuinely worried about the real-world damage people with bad intentions could do using AI models.
