that documents are there in the fridge i talk with my spouse, as first step i thig is good start but i don't see any differences.
now in September i take back the idea, but this time with Gemini help, bring me a plan o little actions that we could do each member of my family. this plan is not the final plan, but its a guide than i hope help to start push action no ideas.
Here is one of them than i need to talk with my family members.
Objective: family union, value for we live, and grow in the values than i consider good for my family ( entrepreneurship, community and hard work )
Activity: Build a beach box of toys in Matagorda.
AI correction.
Over the past few weeks, after reading several articles on leadership and management, I decided to approach my family's future the same way one manages a business. I wanted to establish a clear mission, a vision, and core values.
I started with a few specific objectives. To organize my thoughts, I used AI tools like Gemini, Perplexity, and NotebookLM. Once I selected the best concepts, NotebookLM generated a brief summary of my family plan. I printed the document and placed it on the refrigerator.
The document remained there. I discussed it with my spouse, and we agreed it was a good starting point. However, I soon realized a major problem. Our daily routine had not changed. The ideas were on paper, but we were not putting them into practice.
Now, in September, I am approaching the plan from a different angle. Instead of broad concepts, I created a list of small, practical actions for each family member. It is not a final plan, but rather a guide to help us move from ideas to execution.
Here is one initiative I plan to discuss with my family. The goal is to build unity, appreciate our local environment, and practice the values I want to instill, such as entrepreneurship, community, and hard work. The activity is practical: we will build a community toy box for the beach in Matagorda.
